2005 WSOP Lake Tahoe Circuit Events Final Result
Italian Jeff Lisandro came into the final table with an overall chip lead. And that kept him afloat 'til the end to win the WSOP Lake Tahoe Circuit Event No Limit Texas Hold'em championship on May 11 at Harveys Resort and Casino.
Phil Ivey, who started as 3rd overall chip leader with nearly $300,00 in chips, finished second. Ivey has made it to the final table of the last four major tournaments -- the last two World Poker Tour events (the World Poker Challenge in Reno, and the WPT World Championship in Las Vegas), and the last two World Series of Poker Circuit Championships (at the Rio and here at Harvey's in Lake Tahoe).
Unfortunately, Ivey hasn't had a victory in that span. He finished third in Reno, eighth at the Rio, and sixth at the WPT World Championship.

Next stop for the 2005 WSOP Circuit Events is the New Orleans Bayou Poker Challenge on May May 18-28, before heading back to Vegas for the WSOP World Championship form June 5 to July 15.
